The Role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Cloud Engineer Intern to join our team.

What you'll do

• Cloud Architecture & Engineering Lifecycle – Architecture and Process Documentation.
• Aid in gathering IT & Business requirements.
• Cloud Review, Audit, and Optimization – Achieve Cloud Savings.
• Research Cloud FinOps toolsets for Cloud Cost Forecasting, and ongoing Reporting.

You'll be successful if you have

• MS Suite.
• Cloud Administration (AWS).
• Basic scripting knowledge (shell & PowerShell), Python/Node.JS is a plus.
• Good communication and technical writing and diagramming skills.
• Excellent problem analysis skills.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
• BS /MS; Rising seniors in the Computer Science, minimum AWS Technical Essentials, AWS Cloud Practitioner Certificate is a plus.
